Shipping


Please plan on 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting our small business.  


Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at hello@honeybuilthome.com. Please submit photos of the defective item if that is the reason for return/exchange.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer - Please email hello@honeybuilthome.com.com before returning any products. If you are returning for refund or size exchange, you are liable to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive the return/exchange, we can process the refund or exchange. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in resellable condition. Meaning it has not be worn, washed and still has the tags attached.
